Murals will adorn Ohio City's blank walls, through Cleveland Foundation program

Colorful murals will emerge from blank walls just west of downtown Cleveland this fall, as part of a collaboration between global artists, their local counterparts and nonprofit groups.

For three months starting in September, international artists will live and work in the Ohio City neighborhood, near West 25th Street and Detroit Avenue. They'll leave behind a handful of murals meant to liven up buildings and soften the forbidding walls of the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway near the Lakeview Tower and Lakeview Terrace public-housing communities.   Full story here
